Why is there a static noise after tracker was jump started?

My tracker won't start and I had to have battery jump started. I just replaced the battery 8 months ago. After jump start I turned on ac which wasn't working very well. Then I got this static noise that sounded like it was coming from the radio but radio wasn't on. Turned on radio stations wouldn't come in very well. And I noticed turn signal would only work when I shut off the radio and ac.

Alright you said first and second jump have you had the alternator and battery tested yet? From what you have said so far i would say sounds a like a charging issue and probably needs a battery.
