A/C blows heat
2003 chevy tahoe. The A/C works sometimes, then it turns into heat. when you shut the truck off and turn it back on then the A/C works again. There are no smells or sounds.

Try pinching off the heater hoses and see if it stays cold. If so, you have a problem with the temperature blend door or actuator.
