2003 silverado, wippers wont shut off, I change the colume switch, (didnt help)I changed the wipper motor (didnt help)What eles could it be ???

the wiper seitch grounds the system to make it shut off. you could have a short there or the ground in the wiper motor can be broken as well as the circuit panel in the wiper motor. especially if your wipers dont' work on intermitent
