2003 silverado stalls as soon as it fires message screen says battery not charging but seems to have plenty of juice in the battery I have been told that it is the fuel pump or alternator one guy said it sounds like something got wet or the security system has a problem but i did the 10 minute reset and the three times in a row and that didn't work. i had a guy do a diagnostic on it and it said a bunch of stuff was wrong he cleared it all and it said an ignition problem. the bright lights wouldn't work eitherand everything was fine before it was parked and had an overnight storms then acting up the next morning
