My 2003 cavalier AC runs Good at highway speeds. In city driving it blows hot air and it idles badly while stationay. I have replace the AC relay, but it only worked well for a day.

Gets cold and then warm-Could be freezing up due to air and moisture in the system and forming ice on the orifice tube-Have the AC evacuate-start here
