My wife had the water pump replaced and the timing belt about 3 weeks ago, she broke down yesterday coming home from work we had it towed to our original mechanic, he said that the water pump froze also damaging the timing belt and valves in the engine, Is it posible that the mechanic that installed the water pump and timing belt installed it improperly? or is it the high mileage on the car that it was its time.
