Where can I get ballast w autoleveling for 2003 CTS

I looked online and all of the ones I saw were the one w/out autoleveling

I would try www. Parts. Com I have bought parts from them before they deal with factory parts. If you dont see the part online call them and they will help you find the correct part.

Headlamp leveling was only an option on export vehicles. You may not find an aftermarket source that offers replacement parts for export vehicles, especially in the states. Have you tried a dealer, they could at least decode the VIN, and maybe get you a part number to cross reference to another manufacturers.
