Car is '03 bmw 540..recently tried to rectfy a problem of no blower, a/c or heat by replacing the FSR and when this didn't solve the problem, I replaced the entire control panel. Again, no success. All i get on the control panel are the back lights on the switches..when I replaced the panel...same thing, back lighting only, nothing else.. Checked the fuses, they seem ok...any suggestions.
