BMW cold start

2003 bmw 325CI. When temps drop into teens or below and frost forms on car it will not start. Engine turns over but will not fire. Dealer has replaced fuel pump and gas filter / regulator. There are no faults present and the battery is less than 2 years old and turns the engine over fine. Dealer has looked at it 3 times and kept it for a week once and problem persists. On other days temp can drop below zero and car will start fine. Once car has been started for the day it will start the rest of the day regardless on weather temps or conditions. Never has a problem and runs like a top with temps are in middle 20's and above.

And I will wager the problem only presents itself for you. If the dealer cannot duplicate the fault and there are no set fault codes, there is only one way to fix it.
