Car is not accelerating properly
My car stutters at about 3500-4000 rpm's.
it feels like it is struggling for power, replaced ignition coils (ouch) and spark plugs but still no luck, 2 'mechanics' could not find the fault and both had put it on diagnostic test, i feel it could be something on the ignition system but thats an uneducated guess, please please help!!!!

2.0L FSi?
If yes, could be a broken diaphragm in the bypass valve.
Hole in orange diaphragm... see attached image.
