The running lights are not working at all. The driver side no lights are working.

I have te same problem. When I start the car with day time running lights on there is no problem till I release the park brake. After I release the park brake I here a buzzing noise and my DRL light on my dash board blinks at different rates. And it doesn't go away if I put the park brake back up.
