Autozone Scanner read P1151

The other day my check engine light came on then my car began to run sluggish. I took it to autozone and their scanner read P1151. I have a 2002 VW Jetta GLS with 135000 highway miles. Do you know what needs to be done to fix it and roughly how much? Thank in advance
