2002 Volkswagen Eurovan Repair Question

Where is the horn located in this vehicle?
The horn does not work and we are trying to locate it to replace it on our own if possible.

What make you think its the horn itself-have check the horn button switch and the relay

Same problem, different vehicle. I know it's the horn 'cuz when I press the button one of the horns blows, but it's too weak to be both of them. Where do I find it? I pulled the two upper engine shrouds but couldn't find it. It must be either in front of the radiator [behind the grill] or underneath, no?
