Tapping on my Zafira

How easy is it to change the lifters on a 2002 zafira 1.6 16v as it is driving me mad now.

No references on this however -you might need a special tool to remove the lifters and also I suggest you mike the camshaft lobes for wear-its not easy considered major repair
