I turned on my car and the inside filled with fumes. Nothing was coming oout of the exhaust. Under bonnet oil was coming out of air filter. Now engine wont turn on at all

The oil in the air filter is a sign of excessive engine blow by, the fumes in the cabin may be burnt oil fumes coming in via the fresh air vent, you best get the engine checked as I feel you may have serious problems with the engine.
