You guys have been nothing but helpful, I just had to say that because of all the help you provided to me in the past. My dilemma is that when I start the car after siting for 4-5 hours it starts fine but the idle is very rough and shakes when I put it in reverse to back out of the driveway. After about 1 min. When the engine warms up somewhat the car runs very smooth with no issues. My question could this be a faulty/bad coolant sensor?

We're glad to help. As far as the problem, yes, the coolant temp sensor can cause this. If it is sending an incorrect signal to the PCM (computer) the PCM will either over or under compensate and make the fuel mixture too rich or lean. So, yes, the coolant temp sensor can cause this.
