2002 Toyota Corolla Finding Fuse Box On Tail Lights Work Took Out

I have problem finding the fuse box on 2002 corolla as my tail lights don't work. I took out the storage compartment beside steering wheel and it looks like it was removed because I cant see it. Any ideas please??
