2002 Saturn SL2 Door Ding

Had something fall into one of the door panels the other day and put a small hole in it. Don't really want to replace the entire door just for this small ding. Is there a product made to fix this just by filling in and smoothing over (something like bondo for a metal body car)? Or any suggestions this side of taking it to a body repair person? Car has some "personality" from its previous 180k miles and am satisfied with keeping appearances good but not great since mechanically it is a sound runner. Hole concerns me as far as moisture getting into door panel and creating more problems?

YOU CAN BUY DOOR PANEL REPAIR KIT FROM THE PARTS STORE. IT WILL COME WITH EVERY THING U NEED TO REPAIR IT. GOOD LUCK LET ME KNOW HO IT GOES.

IT MIGHT BE CHEAPER TO JUST GET A SMALL CAN OF BODY SEALER AND SANDING PARER AND SPRAY PRIMER.

Just to add to this one if your talking about the outside door panel there not metal the polymer/plastic. How big is the whole can you post pictures? Also they just bolt on you could get one from pick a apart or ebay and replace it thats what I would do if it was may car. What color is it?
