My car has been running fine except when the tempurature has a drastic change. Then for a day or so it seems to idle rough. Just now it started then sputterted an died. Now it cranks but wont start. Just sputters. Last night when I was driving it I thought I smelled something funny, maybe bad exhaust fumes but could not be sure

Just to add to this one what do you mean a drastic temp change? Are you saying your temp gauge drasticly changes and the car acts up?If so then I would say you have a bad coolant temp sensor very common on that car. Also inspect the inside of the coolant temp sensors connector if thats the case. If the terminals are blue or green instead of silver then you need to replace the connector also. Any codes?
