2002 Saturn SC2 Repair Question

Saturn SC2 Battery Problem
The engine fan comes on when the car is off or has been off. The battery keeps going dead (2 new ones in the last couple of months. Could it be the fan doing this or some other electrical problem with these models?

The L models I have seen do that but not the S model Saturn's.Do you have any codes in the computer? Also have you tried swapping the relay with another one in the fuse box to see if that fixes the problem?
