2002 Saturn SC1 Repair Question

Engine Codes
2002 saturn sc1 Unable to retrieve engine codes. Two different auto shops could not retrieve the engine codes. I'm thinking I've got a bad fuse which is making the computer plug not working. Can someone tell me which fuse operates the plug???

If the problem is the scan tool isn't powering up the 10amp body fuse sends power the that connector.The fuse is located in the inside fuse box on the passenger's side just in front of the center console.
