Saturn L200 headlamps

My Saturn 2002 L200 has a problem with the front lamps. They flicker when I ease my foot off the gas pedal. I took it to Saturn dealership a few years ago and was told that all Saturn L200s from that era did that and that it was "normal." I suggested that it was a design flaw, which didn't go over well with the lead mechanic. He said it couldn't be fixed. It's getting worse, and now drivers in front of me are starting to think that I am flicking my lights at them and they are becoming aggressive. Can it be fixed?

It is pretty common for the light's to flicker on those but they shouldn't flash as bad as your saying.I would first check the basic's have your battery tested also make sure your battery cable's are clean and tight. Also have your alternator tested. That's where I would start.
