Can the tranny fluid be changed in a 2002 saturn ion?

Yes the fluid can be changed in your transmission. They never made a 2002 ion the first year was 2003.I need to know what year model etc your car is?Also if you have a ion do you have the sedan or the quad coupe?

You change that fluid every 50,000 mile's. There is no filter to change though when changing the fluid. It take's
Type Saturn T-IV Fluid put close to 3.5 quart's of fluid back in after draining it keep checking the level most of the one's I have changed take about 4.2 quart's.
