It sounds like you need to install a rebuilt cluster which is common here sia video that show what you will be in for when doing the job with diagrams below of how it will be on your car.

You can get a rebuild one from Ebay for about $120.00

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
