Windshield wiper

I have a 2002 Oldmobile intrigue, my passanger side windshield wiper wont go up, and if it does it just flops around. I brought it in before, the guy said it was just a switch or a button or something. Where would that be located, and what can I do?

There is a linkage that runs the wipers from the motor. It can be broken or a broken clip. You have to pull the vent off infront of the windshield to get to it. I'm sure the clips can be bought at an auto parts store. If not you'll need to replace the linkage if it can't be fixed.
