2002 Nissan Sentra Problem with 155000 miles

THE CAR HAS THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS

IDLES UP AND DOWN IN PARK AND NEUTRAL FROM ABOUT 1525-1825 RPM

IDLES HIGH MOST OF THE TIME USUALLY IN PARK AND NEUTRAL IT IDLES STABLE AT AROOUND 1500 RPM

NO POWER. I FLOOR IT AND IT TAKES LIKE 5 SECONDS FOR IT TO PICK UP

SOMETIMES WHEN I PRESS THE GAS IT BOGS DOWN AND ONCE IN A WHILE STALLS BUT USUALLY THE RPM SHOOT UP

THESE ARE THE SYMPTOMS I'VE NOTICED. IT JUST STARTED HAPPENING

THE THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR AND AIR CONTROL VALVE WERE CHANGED WITH A NEW ONES. BUT THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED. A COMPLETE NEW THROTTLE VALVE UNIT WAS INSTALLED BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTED.
PLEASE CAN YOU BE HELP AS TO DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM.

after scanning I had the following codes.


P0102 Generic Powertrain Fuel and Air Metering
Fault: Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input

P0057 Generic Powertrain Fuel and Air Metering and Auxiliary Emission Controls
Fault: HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low

P0031 Generic Powertrain Fuel and Air Metering and Auxiliary Emission Controls
Fault: HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low

P0505 Generic Powertrain Vehicle Speed Controls and Idle
Control System
Fault: Idle Air Control System

I would have a back pressure test done to check the cat converter.

Check the fuel pressure as well.

Make sure there is no vacuum leaks around the motor particularly the pcv system

When the air regulatory valve is removed and the port plugged with a polythene the engine idles normal around 900RPM. But stalls when when driving around 1500-2000 rpm

Air regulator? Is that the idle control valve or the mass air flow?

Stalls at 1500? Does that mean it turns off or will not go above the rpms.

But it has been changed for about 4 times. It would just not solve the problem if it is there

It is possible the valve is bad. You need to have it confirmed by a shop before going out and buying the valve.
