There is no power going to the fuel pump, where is the relay for the fuel pump in this car, if this is not the problem what else could be preventing it from starting?

The fuel pump relay is behind the left kick panel.

How and when are you checking if the pump is running? It had better not be running with just the ignition switch on because that would cause a fire hazard if a fuel line gets ruptured in a crash.

Measure the voltage on the black / red wire at any injector. With the ignition switch on you should find 12 volts there. If that's missing, check fuse # 17, a ten amp inside the car.

Have you checked for spark? If the 12 volts is there for the injectors, don't get hung up on the first thing you find missing. If spark is missing too, we have to look for what that circuit has in common with the fuel pump circuit.
