Nissan Navara Exhaust Problem

MOTOR VEHICLE DOES NOT REV ABOVE 2000 AND PRODUCING BLUISH SMOKE I BOUGHT IT RECENTLY FROM SOME ONE WHO BROUGHT IT FROM UK NO SERVICE HISTORY

sounds like a bad cat converter. have the exhaust check as it may bot allow the motor to breathe
