2002 Mitsubishi Lancer Repair Question

Mitsubishi Lancer Brakes Problem

How am i supposed to loosen the brake pads from the discs?.. would bleeding the brakes work.. or is there something else.. because when im driving the brakes are constantly braking

The caliper piston could be corroded/stuck won't retract or the brake hose is collasped internally acting as a one way check valve-

okay.. but would that let the brakes work half way?.. because they are braking but not with their full potential... the pedal falls about halfway then after that it begins to noticeably start stopping the car

Try bleeding the brakes don't work-could be the master cylinder leaking internally-

Seized slider bolts of the caliper would cause the problems indicated.
