Problems starting or communicating
I have a 2002 mitsubishi galant and sometimes when you turn the key on to start it will not show the check engine light and it will not start but if i turn the key off and on several times the check engine light will come on and it will start. any ideas.

did you find and fix? was it a relay or other electrical?
