Car jerks about 4 times as I release the gas pedal at about 70 mph

It then resumes a steady speed. I thought it might be the fuel injector so I put in a fuel injection cleaner into the gas tank before I filled it the last fill-up. I thought it had worked, but alas, today it happened again on my way to work. This has been going on for about a week and a half. I realize it may need more time to clean or more than one tank of gas. Suggestions as to the problem.

Try cleaning the throttle plate on both sides as well as the iac hole. Replace duct work and start car. Then check your fuel pressure an dfor a vacuum leak. Scan the engine to see if there are any codes.
