2002 Mitsubishi Galant Repair Question

Brake lights
The brakes light come on but the secondary light wont come on ,i also lost my spoiler that was attached to the trunk the spoiler did have a set of lights,completed the circuit on the spoiler wires leading to the lights

At the spoiler the green wire is the brake circuit to include the shelf and black to ground connect there its parallel to the main brake circuit this will yurn it ON.
