2002 Mercury Bobcat Repair Question

Have no spark have power going to coil but driver in computer not pulling in coil
Could driver have went out in pcm. have checked ckp sensor and connector and wiring have fuel pressure and anti theft is ok and all fuses and relays when using scanner gives no codes just that diagnostic not complete fuel injectors are pulsing just no fire
