I have a 2002 Mercedes S500, and about a month ago the power windows became intermittently erratic. Sometimes, the front driver or passenger window will not open with either side switch, and sometime once open will not close, at the same time the power mirrors will not work. In any event the problem corrects itself in a few minutes and then happens again another day. Yesterday, while I was in reverse the right window suddenly moved back from poining down, even though I had not shifted out of reverse. I guess it is some kind of controller problem, but would apprecaite being pointed in the right direction.
