2002 Mazda Familia low power

I haven't solved my car problems yet, can the throttle sensor reduce engine power?
From the look of my eyes all sensors are fine ie, no dirt just clean. But My car still have low power eg, I tryed to reverse on a slope road but didn't peak up.I ended up pushing it.
