Is there a 'smart chip' for a 2002 lincoln navigator to help increase mpg? My husband came home talking about it so I researched the Ford site under parts and didnt see anything. I did see gadgets on other websites that offered increased mpg that connected to the fuel line. Seems to be a 'to good to be true' situation, but if there is a part please let me know.
