The 2002 lincoln appeared to have a faulty fuel pump. The symptoms were when it was turn off it was hard to start sometimes, not all the time.I checked the fuel preasure and the preasure was 40psi with the switch on not running.you could here the pump run when the swith was turned on finally it failed to start. what should I check next.
