Have a 2002 kia spectra with a blower speed problem speeds 2 3 4 dont work but the off postion the fan come on in low and turn to 1 fan speeds up some. when this problem started was having problem with ac staying on in high would kick on and off. ac still works what do i need to check or replace to get speed control to work right again
