2002 Kia Rio RXV automatic.
This car at low idle, almost stalls runs with a random misfire, poor intake vacuum. Air box all good. Off idle, runs fine. Compression all good, fuel injectors all good, new plugs, wires, even new intake gaskets. Camshaft timing ok, fuel filter, air filter new, fuel pressure 50 psi.
Check engine light-DTC 1166, P 300 misfire. The o2 sensors are fine.
Help? Not sure what else it could be.

Thanks for responding Docfixit.
At start up, vacuum is 7 inches. Rev up once, it is 20 inches. Tried the carb cleaner, no luck.
In park, when you step on brakes, lose all vacuum, then rev up vacuum returns on brakes and runs fine. Can not find a vacuum leak, which this has. Surge tank, not sure where this is located, if it is on the right hand side of fire wall with two lines going in and electrical on the bottom, we have checked this. If this is the EVAP problem would a EVAP code come up?
Assuming, is there a valve in the vacuum system, and if so a schematic of the vacuum system?
Thanks.
