Stalls
The rpms will vary from 700 to 400. then it will stall will stalled the guage will bounce from 0 to 6000. then it is very hard to restart

Is the Check Engine Light indicating?
Problem seems to be with the idle control. Have the throttle body and IAC cleaned and retest.
