IDLE AT COLD AFTER RAIN IS BAD 'TILL ENGINE REACH NORMAL OP, TEMPERATURE...MAGENTIS 2002...WHAT SHOULD CAUSETHIS ?

After a rain,the engine start but do "brake dancing"'till the engine reach the

normal operation temperature...what cause this?

Clean out the idle air control valve and EGR valve and test the coolant temperature sensor
