Removing rear shock absorber

Need suggestion how to loosen the bolts and nuts. I soaked the bolts and nuts with penetrating oil overnight. I used 3/8" socket drive with extension. Unable to loosen it. There is no room to use my 4.5" angle bolt cutter. I successfully replaced the front shocks, but having problem with the rear shocks.

Any tricks, suggestions or tools that I can use? I don't have many tools, by the way.

heat from a torch will help. you need to be patient when doing this. if you break anything it will complicate the process.
