2002 Infiniti Q45 Repair Question

Code state car in lock mode
After removing the battery to replace it my care won't start the mechanic says the code states the car is lock mode how can I fix this

Is the security key symbol blinking in dash?
Are you able to crank the engine?
Did you try disarming the security system?
Close all doors and use the key to lock and unlock the doors before trying to start vehicle.
