What is the ignition advance supposed to be on a 02 hyundai sonata 2.4l

I changed the timing belt crank sensor and camshaft sensor about 9 months ago and lately the car has been falling flat on its face under acceleration and climing the hills. i checked the car with a scanner and found the ignition timing advance at - 84 degrees is this possible or is there a problem with a sensor

Ignition timing is computer controlled therefore it is more likely to be a faulty sensor or a skipped timing belt.
