2002 Hyundai Santa Fe Repair Question

2002 Sante Fe engine shakes at 40mph

When the suv hits 40-45mph the whole car shakes and it is coming from the engine. I have new tires, rotors, nothing is wrong with the brakes or tires. When you accelerate the shaking stops, when you slow down it stops, when you hold it at a constant speed 40-45 mph only, it vibrates. Recently had timing belt break & had head rebuilt and after I got the suv back this is when the shaking started.

The same week I had the timing belt done, the engine light came on and it is because "warm catalyst below threshold." Would this cause the car to shake? Oh and the suv only shakes when the car is hot (after we've been driving about 20 mins), when the car is cold, it does not.
