Home from mall, and heard a noise all of a sudden no power steering, had to crank very hard to get car in my parking spot. Fluid all over bottom of car and puddle of red fluid on the ground. Can't seem to find a leak but really can't tell. No fluid in reservoir either. Please email me with what you think is wrong and where oh where is the power steering pump in my car

So the power steering resivor is empty? If so clean up the fluid put more fluid in and see where is coming from. Sounds like the hose leaked or something like that.

I did that leaked out in same place.I can only follow line so far, can't get my fat head any further under car.I'm a small woman and can't find it haha! It is dripping on things to do with steering tire. Up from them. Does this hose turn from metal to rubber? Oh yes I had to start the car and it sucked fluid right down and leaked out. Do you have to replace the entire line? Most of it looks pretty rusted thanks to NY salty winters.

I lived and worked on cars in upstate NY plenty of Salt and rust up there lol. Yeah most of the time it turn to steel on the way to the rack and pinion. Get a mirror on a stick/cable they sell them like that to see where its leaking.I have faith in you I can't see that far away to see where its leaking from lol.
