I have a 2002 Honda CRV 2w drive.
I have a shaking/wobble when accelerating.
Could this be the CV joints?

Yup, the inner joint. The clue is it will be worse under acceleration, not so bad after about 35 mph and barely noticeable when cruising at a steady speed. It may be worse when turning and accelerating such as when leaving a parking lot and turning onto the main road.
