doesn't crank sometimes yes sometimes no( fuel issue>\?)

aa1. Vacuum leak affects one aa2 aa3 aa4(enjine mechanical condition) cylindetraaignition system concern
paid support on 7/28 & 8/22

Doesn't crank all the time so I thought it was a safety issue but husband thinks its another problem
