My car was out in the heavy/ blowing snow. When I drove above 55 mph the car was shaking. But under 50 mph it was fine. The tires are inflated properly. The shaking seemed to be getting better. Could there be snow in the tires?

I have the same problem from time to time. Ice builds up on the front control arm busings. Turn the wheel all the way to the left/right, and youll notice snow and ice build up on the busing, I usually use the butt end of my snow brush, and knock it off. This will fix the problem.
