my car has been letting out smoke by the Radiator, I obviously thought it was because it needed water so I added some yesterday to see if anything changes. This morning I get to work and again I see the smoke. What can it be?

If the coolant level was low, the smoke is most likely steam and it is a result of leakages from the cooling system turning to steam as it evaporates. Get a pressure test done to check for leaks.
